Remember, this is your first impression, so consider it part of your job interview. A recent photo is always best. It should be clear, and not too far away. We would prefer you be alone in the picture, smiling and looking professional and friendly. If you have a couple of pictures you think might be good, feel free to send more than one. We send your picture to the director, good photos followed by a good interview will secure you teaching jobs.
