Title Where do you conduct your interviews?
ÀÛ¼ºÀÏ 2009-05-23
The majority of our interviews for jobs in Korea take place over the phone.
Whenever possible, we interview our teachers in person. However, because teachers come from all over the world this is very difficult to interview everyone face to face.
Our interviews are extensive and detailed. We want to get a good sense of who you are and how you would be as a teacher.

We also want to get an idea of what you are looking for so we can match you with the right school. We are looking for a teacher who has a passion for children, teaching and experiencing life abroad.
Teaching jobs are a full time commitment so we look for serious candidates who are going to teach English for the right reasons.
